FAGOR Electric GN 2/1 Refrigerator for Professional Kitchens

Designed for demanding commercial environments, the FAGOR CUPT-12G maintains a consistent temperature range of 0 to +8 °C throughout its interior. A forced-air system circulates chilled air evenly, preventing temperature fluctuations and reducing condensation on stored goods. This ensures optimal conditions for perishable items without requiring manual stock rotation.

The unit features three epoxy-coated GN 2/1 shelves, each adjustable in 55 mm increments across multiple positions. An electronic control panel with a digital display allows precise temperature management, while internal LED lighting provides clear visibility of all stored items. The doors remain open at a 120° angle for easy access and close automatically when opened less than 90° to preserve internal temperature.

Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, both the interior and exterior resist corrosion and simplify cleaning. Rounded corners and an integrated drainage system further ease maintenance, while 60 mm of high-density polyurethane insulation minimises heat transfer. The doors seal magnetically and include full-length ergonomic handles for convenient operation. Adjustable stainless-steel legs ensure stability on uneven surfaces and allow for easy cleaning underneath.

With a cooling power of 0.361 kW, the refrigerator is suitable for standard commercial kitchen electrical supplies. Its 543 litre capacity accommodates gastronorm trays or bulk ingredients, while its 152 kg weight requires floor installation and assistance for relocation.

Maintenance involves removing the epoxy-coated shelves, cleaning stainless-steel surfaces with mild detergent, and rinsing the drainage channel. The forced-air system includes automatic defrosting, which evaporates condensate without manual intervention. An alternative refrigerant blend, R600a/R290, is available as an optional upgrade.

Classified as C energy efficiency, the refrigerator meets climate class 4 standards, ensuring reliable performance in ambient temperatures. Three removable GN 2/1 shelves are included as standard equipment.
