Professional electric flight type dishwasher with a pre-wash module, two washing modules, and right-hand dish loading. This machine is designed for businesses with very high dishwashing volumes, where continuous, fast, and efficient operation throughout the day is essential. It is ideal for restaurants, hotels, canteens, banquet kitchens, hospitals, large commercial kitchens, and catering facilities with intensive daily operation.
A flight type dishwasher moves racks of dishes on a continuous conveyor through pre-wash, wash, rinse and drying zones without stopping. Hot water sprays from fixed and rotating arms above and below the belt, removing soil while the dishes travel at a steady speed. The belt's motion ensures every item receives the same treatment, eliminating the need to load and unload individual racks by hand. Heat recovery from the rinse water pre-heats incoming water, reducing the energy required to reach the next cycle's temperature.
The operator loads baskets onto the 763 mm entry conveyor; a photoelectric sensor detects each basket and starts the wash cycle automatically. The conveyor speed is adjusted by a frequency inverter to match the selected programme—intensive, medium or high capacity—so the belt moves faster or slower while maintaining the same water pressure and temperature. At the 830 mm exit zone, dishes emerge dry and ready for immediate use. A steam extraction system keeps the working area clear of vapour, and a 150 mm splash guard at the loading end prevents water from reaching the floor.
The machine is built in modular sections of stainless steel, allowing it to be split into narrower units for transport and reassembled on site. Double-walled doors with thermal and acoustic insulation swing open on counterbalanced hinges with safety locks, giving full access to each zone for cleaning or maintenance. The wash tank base is pressed to ensure complete drainage, and a three-stage filtration system removes debris before water is recirculated. Wash arms in the pre-wash and wash zones are removable for cleaning, and the final rinse arms are fitted with high-efficiency nozzles to guarantee spot-free results.
Controls include a frequency inverter for conveyor speed, an auto-timer that shuts down the motor after a set idle period, and a standby mode that lowers boiler and tank temperatures to save energy and reduce limescale build-up. A reverse function clears jams, and a micro-safety switch stops the machine instantly if a blockage occurs. An integrated energy recovery system in the upper section reduces the electrical load by 9 kW, while an automatic pre-heating system warms pumps and dryers before the working temperature is reached, cutting start-up time.
The 68 kW power rating requires a 400-415 V three-phase supply, typical of large commercial kitchens. The 6790 mm length accommodates the full sequence of zones, while the 900 mm width fits through standard doorways when disassembled. The 1100 kg weight reflects the robust construction needed for continuous operation, and the 900 mm working height allows staff to load and unload without bending. The polypropylene belt is designed for pots and larger items, extending the machine's use beyond standard dishware.
Cleaning involves removing and rinsing the wash and rinse arms, emptying and scrubbing the three-stage filters, and wiping down the splash guard and curtains. The pressed tank base prevents water pooling, and the modular design allows each section to be accessed separately. Up to two additional drying modules can be added at the exit end to increase capacity if needed.
The dishwasher is classified as a flight type model for high-volume operations, with throughput ranging from 3350 to 6600 plates per hour depending on the programme selected.
