Professional wine refrigerator with double-glazed walls, forced air circulation and LED lighting, designed for wine storage and display. The unit is equipped with electronic control, a digital display, an energy-saving function and electric defrost.
A professional wine refrigerator built for intensive use in restaurants, hotels and bars, storing bottles at stable temperatures while displaying them to best effect. A wine refrigerator maintains a precise temperature range by circulating chilled air inside an insulated cabinet. A compressor draws heat from the interior and expels it outside, while a fan distributes the cold air evenly. The insulation slows heat transfer from the room, and the internal lighting illuminates the bottles without adding warmth. Electric defrost prevents ice build-up by periodically warming the evaporator, and the resulting water is evaporated automatically so no manual draining is needed. The operator loads the bottles onto the shelves, sets the desired temperature on the digital control panel, and switches the unit on. The fan circulates chilled air around the bottles, and the LED perimeter lighting switches on when the door is opened. The control display shows the current temperature, and the defrost cycle runs automatically at intervals without interrupting cooling. The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel with a black finish inside and out. Double-glazed side and central walls are filled with argon gas for thermal insulation, and the glass and door frames are heated to prevent condensation. The hinged doors open fully for easy access, and the unit is delivered in two parts for simpler transport and installation. The electronic control system features a digital display and an energy-saving mode. The forced-air cooling system uses low-energy electronic components and an optimised airflow pattern to maintain uniform temperature throughout the interior. The refrigerant is R290, and the unit is rated for climate class 5, allowing operation in ambient temperatures up to +40 °C and 40% relative humidity. The 220-240 V, 50 Hz electrical supply powers a 1.34 kW compressor that delivers 0.74 kW of cooling. The 643 L capacity provides space for several hundred bottles, and the 270 kg weight requires a sturdy floor and two-person handling. The 862 mm width, 632 mm depth and 1800 mm height fit standard worktop heights and allow installation under counters or as a freestanding unit. The seamless stainless steel liner and door panel shrug off kitchen splashes, letting you restore a spotless display with a single pass of a damp microfibre cloth. The electric defrost system eliminates the need to manually defrost the evaporator, and the automatic water evaporation removes the need for drainage trays. Shelves and hooks are supplied disassembled and must be ordered separately. A 60 Hz version with a 1.40 kW compressor and R290 refrigerant is also available.
