The operator loads the shelves with bottles, closes the doors and sets the desired temperatures on the digital control panel. Once the unit reaches the set points, the fans maintain a steady airflow so every bottle is exposed to the same conditions. The electric defrost system runs automatically, evaporating any moisture so no manual draining is needed. The doors can be opened from either side, allowing staff to reach bottles quickly during service. The cabinet is constructed from black stainless steel inside and out, with double-glazed doors filled with argon gas for thermal insulation. It is rated for climate class 5, meaning it operates reliably in ambient temperatures up to +40 °C and relative humidity of 40%. The seamless stainless steel interior and exterior shrug off kitchen splashes and fingerprints, letting you restore the cabinet's showroom finish with a single wipe after service. The glass doors should be cleaned with a non-abrasive glass cleaner to maintain visibility.
