The unit circulates chilled air evenly across every shelf, preventing hot spots that could spoil the wine. An internal fan draws air through an evaporator coil, cooling it before releasing it back into the cabinet. The system balances humidity and temperature to preserve cork integrity and flavour development over long storage periods.

To operate, the user loads bottles onto the shelves or hooks, closes the hinged glass doors, and sets the desired temperature on the digital control panel. The refrigerator then cycles the compressor and fan to hold the chosen range, while LED strips along the interior perimeter illuminate the display without adding heat. An electric defrost programme periodically melts any frost build-up on the coil, evaporating the water automatically so no manual draining is needed.

The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel inside and out, finished in black. Double-glazed side and central panels are filled with argon gas for thermal insulation, and the glass is heated to prevent condensation. The doors swing open for easy access, and the entire unit is delivered in two sections—the main body and a removable top section housing the refrigeration assembly—to simplify transport and installation.

The digital control panel allows precise adjustment of the temperature between +4 °C and +18 °C, covering both long-term storage and short-term chilling before service. A 220-240 V, 50 Hz electrical supply powers the 1.42 kW compressor and fan, while the cooling system uses R290 refrigerant for efficient heat exchange. The 776 L capacity provides space for hundreds of bottles, and the 295 kg weight requires a solid floor and careful positioning during installation.

Shelves and bottle hooks are ordered separately and arrive disassembled, allowing the user to configure the interior to suit different bottle sizes and presentation styles. The unit is rated for climate class 5, meaning it operates reliably in ambient temperatures up to +40 °C and 40% relative humidity, making it suitable for busy commercial kitchens and bars.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the LED lighting and heated glass require no special maintenance. The electric defrost system eliminates the need for manual defrosting, reducing daily upkeep.
