A wine refrigerator maintains a steady, low temperature and controlled humidity to preserve wine without vibration or light damage. Cooling coils chill the air inside, while a fan circulates it evenly across every shelf. The unit removes heat from the interior and expels it at the rear, keeping the storage climate stable regardless of the kitchen's ambient temperature. Electric defrost melts any ice that forms on the coils, and the resulting water evaporates automatically, eliminating manual defrosting and reducing maintenance.

The operator loads bottles onto the shelves, closes the doors, and sets the desired temperature between +4 °C and +18 °C on the digital control panel. The display shows the current interior temperature and the chosen setting. LED lighting switches on when the doors open, illuminating the bottles horizontally along the perimeter for clear visibility. The forced-air system ensures every bottle is exposed to the same cool air, preventing hot or cold spots that could age wine unevenly.

The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel inside and out, finished in grey. Double-glazed side and central panels contain argon gas for thermal insulation, while heated glass and door frames prevent condensation. The doors swing open for easy access and efficient use of the interior space. Shelves and hooks are supplied disassembled and must be ordered separately.

The electronic control system features a digital display and an energy-saving mode. The cooling power of 1.48 kW and total electrical load of 2.7 kW determine the circuit required in the kitchen. For transport and installation, the unit is delivered in two parts: the main cabinet and a removable upper section containing the complete refrigeration system. This simplifies movement through doorways and tight spaces.
