The unit arrives in two sections for easier movement through doorways and service corridors. Once assembled, the cabinet stands as a single floor-standing appliance with full-height double-glazed doors. Each pane is argon-filled and heated to eliminate condensation, so labels remain visible and the cabinet stays clear even in humid kitchens.

Operation is controlled by an electronic panel with a digital display. The operator sets the desired temperature for each zone, and the system adjusts cooling power automatically. Electric defrost cycles run on a timer; any meltwater is evaporated inside the cabinet, so no manual draining is required. Horizontal LED strips run along the interior perimeter, illuminating bottles without generating heat.
