Professional wine cooler with 2 independently adjustable temperature zones, double-glazed walls, forced air circulation and LED lighting, designed for storing and displaying different types of wine. The unit is also equipped with electronic control, a digital display, an energy-saving function and electric defrost.
A professional wine refrigerator built for intensive use in restaurants, hotels and bars, where bottles must be stored at precise temperatures and displayed with clarity.
The cooling system circulates chilled air evenly across every shelf, preventing hot spots and ensuring consistent humidity. An electric defrost cycle automatically evaporates any condensate, eliminating manual drainage. The cabinet is split into two sections for transport and reassembled on site, with the refrigeration unit housed in the removable upper module.
Operation begins by setting the desired temperatures for each zone via the digital control panel. Once the unit reaches the programmed levels, bottles are loaded onto the adjustable shelves or hung from the optional hooks. LED strips run horizontally around the interior, illuminating every bottle without casting shadows or generating heat. The doors are hinged to open fully, giving staff clear access to the entire storage space.
The exterior and interior are finished in stainless steel with a protective coating, chosen for resistance to corrosion and daily wear. Double-glazed side and central panels are filled with argon gas to reduce heat transfer, while the glass and door frames are heated to prevent condensation. The unit is rated for climate class 5, meaning it can operate in ambient temperatures up to 40 °C and relative humidity of 40%.
Power consumption is 2.8 kW, drawn from a 220-240 V, 50 Hz supply. The refrigerant used is R290, a hydrocarbon with low environmental impact. The overall footprint is 1697 mm wide by 632 mm deep, rising to 2600 mm in height, and the empty weight is 548 kg. Shelves and hooks are ordered separately and supplied flat-packed for assembly on site.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, avoiding abrasives that could damage the coating. The LED strips can be dusted with a soft brush, and the door seals should be checked periodically for debris. The electric defrost system requires no manual intervention beyond routine inspection of the drainage path.
An alternative version is available with a 60 Hz electrical specification and a different refrigerant charge, listed under a separate article number.
