| NOTES | Electric defrost; E energy efficiency class |
Professional freezer made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a monoblock cooling system and forced-air circulation, ensuring a uniform temperature of -18…-22 °C throughout the cabinet. Equipped with electronic controls, HACCP alarm system and LED lighting; defrosting is performed using an electric defrost system, ensuring efficient and stable operation.
A monoblock refrigeration system concentrates the compressor, condenser and evaporator in one sealed unit mounted on the cabinet. This design eliminates long refrigerant lines, reducing pressure drops and heat gain so the freezer reaches and holds deep-freeze temperatures with less energy. The fan-forced air circulation spreads cold evenly across every shelf, preventing warm spots that can spoil frozen stock.
The operator loads GN 2/1 gastronorm trays or bulk items onto the six epoxy-coated shelves. Each shelf can be set at any of 23 positions in 60 mm increments, so the interior is quickly reorganised for tall cartons or shallow trays. The four doors are opened one at a time to minimise cold loss; LED lighting inside shows the contents without warming the space. An electronic control panel on the front sets the target temperature between -18 °C and -22 °C; a digital display confirms the current reading and the defrost cycle when it runs.
The cabinet is built from stainless steel inside and out, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of sanitising in a busy kitchen. A 60 mm layer of insulation surrounds the chamber, cutting heat ingress and keeping the compressor from cycling too often. The monoblock unit is mounted on top, leaving the full 1144 litre volume free for storage and giving clear access to the evaporator coil for cleaning. Adjustable legs raise or lower the freezer by 70 mm to level it on uneven floors or to allow mopping underneath.
The 0.735 kW cooling power is the load the freezer draws from the mains when the compressor runs. The R290 refrigerant version adds a hydrocarbon charge that has a lower global-warming potential than older gases. A 1144 litre capacity allows large batches of prepped ingredients or finished dishes to be stored at once. The 270 kg weight means the unit is moved on a trolley or pallet jack rather than lifted by hand. The 1318 mm width, 796 mm depth and 1996 mm height give the footprint that must be reserved on the worktop or floor.
Cleaning starts with removing the six shelves and wiping them in the sink. The interior walls and floor are scrubbed with a mild detergent, rinsed and dried before the shelves are returned. The evaporator coil behind the monoblock cover is brushed or vacuumed monthly to remove dust that would slow heat transfer. The door seals are checked for cracks and wiped down to keep them pliable. The exterior stainless steel is polished with a non-abrasive cleaner to maintain its finish.
Two refrigerant options are available: the standard charge and the R290 version. Both use the same cabinet, shelves and controls; only the refrigerant and its price differ.
The catalogue places this model in the professional refrigeration section, under monoblock freezers for gastronorm-compatible kitchens.
