A professional electric freezer cools a single insulated chamber with a monoblock refrigeration unit mounted directly on the cabinet. The unit compresses refrigerant gas, which then expands inside the evaporator coil, pulling heat from the air inside the chamber. Because the coil and compressor are one assembly, the system is compact and easy to service, while the sealed refrigerant circuit minimises leaks and keeps cooling consistent even under heavy use.

The operator loads trays of prepared food through two full-height doors. Once the doors are closed, the forced-air circulation system moves cold air evenly across every shelf, preventing hot spots and maintaining a stable temperature between -22 °C and -18 °C. An electric defrost cycle melts any ice that forms on the evaporator coil, draining the water away automatically so the freezer never needs to be emptied for manual defrosting.

Inside, six removable epoxy-coated shelves are sized for GN 2/1 gastronorm trays. The shelves slide on adjustable rails that offer 23 different height positions in 60 mm increments, allowing the operator to reconfigure the space for tall items or stacked trays. A digital control panel on the front sets the target temperature and displays the current reading, while an integrated HACCP monitoring system logs temperature data for compliance records. LED lighting inside the chamber gives a clear view of every shelf without adding heat.

The cabinet is built from stainless steel inside and out, with 60 mm of insulation between the inner and outer skins. This thickness reduces cold loss, keeping the temperature stable and cutting the energy needed to run the compressor. The doors have ergonomic handles and close tightly to seal the chamber, while adjustable legs let the operator level the unit on uneven floors or raise it to allow cleaning underneath.

With a footprint of 1318 mm wide, 796 mm deep and 1996 mm high, the freezer fits through standard kitchen doorways and can be placed against a wall or between worktops. The 1144 litre volume provides storage for bulk ingredients or finished dishes, and the 270 kg weight means the unit must be moved with a pallet truck or similar equipment. The 0.735 kW cooling power rating indicates the load it will place on the electrical circuit, while the E energy efficiency class reflects the annual electricity consumption of approximately 4855 kWh.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel interior and exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent, removing the shelves to wash them separately. The monoblock refrigeration unit is accessible from the rear for routine maintenance, and the epoxy-coated shelves resist corrosion from moisture and food acids.
