This monoblock freezer features a self-contained refrigeration system that removes heat from the storage area and expels it through a single unit mounted on the cabinet. The design avoids the need for external condenser lines, saving space and simplifying upkeep. A closed-loop system circulates refrigerant, absorbing heat from inside and releasing it outside, while a fan ensures even air flow to maintain a steady temperature throughout the unit.

The MUN-11G is accessed via a single front door. Shelves can be adjusted in 60 mm increments to suit different storage needs. The electronic control panel allows temperature settings between -18 and -22 °C. Once the desired temperature is reached, the compressor cycles to maintain it, with forced air distributing cold evenly across all shelves. An electric defrost system automatically removes ice from the evaporator, draining water without manual input. Interior LED lighting improves visibility, and the HACCP system records temperature data for compliance.

The cabinet is built from stainless steel inside and out, with 60 mm of insulation between the walls. The refrigeration unit sits on top, allowing easy servicing without reducing internal storage. Shelves are removable and adjustable, offering multiple positions for GN 2/1 gastronorm trays. The door includes an ergonomic handle and a magnetic seal to prevent cold air loss. Adjustable legs enable levelling on uneven floors, with a height range of 130 to 200 mm.
