This professional freezer features a monoblock cooling system, combining the compressor, condenser, and evaporator into a single factory-assembled unit. Installation requires only a power connection, as the sealed design removes the need for on-site refrigerant handling. Cold air circulates evenly throughout the cabinet, maintaining a consistent temperature across all shelves without manual adjustment or product rotation required by the user.

The interior accommodates GN 2/1 gastronorm trays or loose items on adjustable shelves. An electronic control panel allows temperature settings between -18 °C and -22 °C, with a digital display showing the current reading. Electric defrost operates automatically, clearing ice from the evaporator without opening the cabinet or disrupting internal temperatures. LED lighting activates when the doors open, providing clear visibility of stored items.

Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the cabinet includes 60 mm of insulation to minimise temperature loss. Two doors seal with magnetic gaskets and feature ergonomic handles with a self-closing mechanism. Adjustable legs allow the unit to be levelled between 130 mm and 200 mm, accommodating uneven floors. The monoblock cooling module sits on top, maximising the 572-litre storage space and simplifying maintenance access.

Shelves slide on 23 pairs of runners, spaced 60 mm apart, allowing flexible positioning for trays or loose items. Each shelf can be removed for cleaning or reconfiguration. The refrigerant used is R290, a hydrocarbon with a low environmental impact. A built-in HACCP system records temperature data for compliance and monitoring purposes.

With a cooling power of 0.364 kW, the unit fits standard kitchen electrical circuits. Its dimensions—653 mm wide, 796 mm deep, and 1996 mm high—ensure compatibility with most professional layouts. The 130 kg weight necessitates two people for safe movement. The stainless steel surfaces are easy to clean, and the removable shelves and runners allow thorough washing. The monoblock unit includes a hinged cover for coil cleaning and filter replacement, while the electric defrost system manages condensate internally.
