A professional refrigerator designed for demanding kitchen environments, accommodating gastronorm GN 2/1 containers. The unit uses forced-air circulation to distribute cold air evenly, maintaining a consistent temperature across all shelves. Defrosting occurs automatically when the compressor pauses, allowing ice to melt and water to evaporate without manual intervention.

The interior features three removable epoxy-coated shelves, each compatible with GN 2/1 trays. Adjustable rails provide multiple height settings, allowing flexible storage for various container sizes. The electronic control panel enables precise temperature adjustment between 0 °C and +8 °C, with a digital display for real-time monitoring. Internal LED lighting ensures clear visibility of stored items.

Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the cabinet includes rounded corners and an integrated drainage system for easy cleaning. A 60 mm layer of high-density polyurethane insulation minimises temperature loss. The door, equipped with a full-length handle and magnetic seal, remains open at 120° for loading but closes automatically if left below 90° to prevent cold air escape. Adjustable stainless-steel legs allow for levelling on uneven surfaces and raise the unit for cleaning underneath.

With a 543 litre capacity, the refrigerator holds three GN 2/1 shelves, each supporting up to 40 kg. Its dimensions—653 mm wide, 842 mm deep, and 2040 mm high—fit standard kitchen layouts. The unit weighs 152 kg, requiring a trolley or two people for movement. Cooling power is 0.361 kW, and the refrigerant is R600a/R290, a low-impact hydrocarbon blend.

Cleaning is straightforward: shelves and rails remove easily, and the design prevents water pooling. Stainless-steel surfaces clean with standard sanitiser, and the door seal is removable for washing. An alternative model with identical dimensions and capacity but a different refrigerant is available.
