FAGOR Wall-Mounted Wine Refrigerator – 605 L Capacity

A professional wine refrigerator designed for wall mounting keeps bottles at precise serving temperatures while displaying them through argon-filled double glazing. The unit circulates chilled air evenly across every shelf, maintaining a single climate zone that can be set anywhere between +4 °C and +18 °C. This range covers both long-term storage and gentle chilling before service, so the same cabinet can hold reserve stock and wines ready to pour.

The cooling system uses a forced-air evaporator and the natural refrigerant R290. Air is drawn across the evaporator coil, cooled, then pushed through internal ducts to every corner of the cabinet. A fan at the rear ensures continuous circulation, eliminating hot spots and keeping humidity stable. The evaporator is automatically defrosted by an electric element; any meltwater is evaporated on the spot, so there is no tray to empty.

Operation is controlled by an electronic panel with a digital display. The operator sets the target temperature, and the system adjusts compressor speed and fan output to maintain it. A power-saving mode reduces energy use during quiet periods without compromising temperature stability.

The cabinet is built as two sections for transport and assembly. The main body is a stainless-steel enclosure 862 mm wide, 632 mm deep and 2300 mm high. A removable top section houses the complete refrigeration unit. Once the two parts are joined, the unit is fixed to the wall, leaving the floor clear. Shelves and bottle hooks are ordered separately and fitted on site.

The door frame and glass are heated to prevent condensation, ensuring a clear view of the contents. LED strips run along the top and sides of the interior, illuminating every bottle evenly. The black exterior finish is a durable coating over stainless steel, designed for high-traffic commercial environments.

The 220-240 V, 50 Hz electrical supply powers a 1.275 kW compressor and fan assembly. The unit weighs 270 kg, so it is secured directly to the wall structure rather than placed on the floor. Its 605 L capacity allows storage of several hundred standard bottles, arranged on adjustable shelves or suspended from hooks.

An electric defrost cycle runs automatically, and the cabinet is rated to climate class 5, meaning it operates reliably in ambient temperatures up to +40 °C and relative humidity of 40%.

The model is supplied without shelves or hooks; these are specified and fitted during installation.
