A professional wine refrigerator built for wall mounting keeps bottles at precise serving temperatures while displaying them through argon-filled double glazing. The unit draws warm air from the cabinet, cools it with a low-energy compressor and circulates it evenly across every shelf so that each bottle rests in the same climate, free from hot or cold spots.

The operator sets the desired temperature between +4 °C and +18 °C on the digital control panel. Once the programme starts, the internal fan distributes chilled air continuously. An electric defrost cycle melts any frost that forms on the evaporator; the resulting water is evaporated automatically, so no manual draining is required. Horizontal LED lighting runs around the interior perimeter, illuminating the labels without raising the temperature.

The cabinet is supplied in two sections to simplify transport and installation: the main body and a removable upper section that houses the complete refrigeration unit. Shelves and bottle hooks are ordered separately and arrive disassembled, allowing the operator to organise the interior for the specific bottle shapes and sizes in stock.

Exterior and interior surfaces are finished in stainless steel with a protective coating, chosen for durability in busy professional environments. The door frame and glass are heated to prevent condensation, ensuring a clear view of the stock at all times. The unit meets Climate Class 5, meaning it maintains stable temperatures in ambient conditions up to +40 °C and 40% relative humidity.

The 220-240 V, 50 Hz electrical supply matches standard UK commercial circuits. The 1.36 kW power rating indicates the load the refrigerator places on the electrical installation. At 295 kg, the unit requires a sturdy wall mounting and floor support; the 862 mm width and 632 mm depth determine the floor space it occupies, while the 2600 mm height sets the vertical clearance needed.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The automatic defrost and water-evaporation system removes the need for manual drain maintenance. Shelves and hooks can be removed for thorough cleaning and re-organised as stock changes.
