FAGOR Wall-Mounted Wine Refrigerator with Dual Temperature Zones

A professional wine refrigerator built for wall mounting keeps bottles at precise serving and storage temperatures without occupying floor space. The unit draws warm air from the cabinet, cools it with a refrigerant circuit, and circulates the chilled air evenly across every shelf.

The operator loads bottles onto the adjustable shelves, sets each zone to the desired temperature between +4 °C and +18 °C, and starts the compressor. An internal fan distributes cold air continuously, while an electric defrost cycle melts any frost build-up and evaporates the condensate automatically. LED strips along the interior perimeter illuminate the bottles without adding heat, making the display ready for service.

The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel inside and out, finished in grey. Double-glazed doors filled with argon gas prevent condensation and maintain thermal efficiency. The doors and frame are heated to stop moisture forming on the glass. Shelves and hanging hooks are supplied disassembled and must be ordered separately.

Controls consist of an electronic panel with a digital display. Two separate temperature settings allow each zone to be adjusted independently. A power-saving mode reduces energy consumption during quieter periods.

The 1210 litre capacity provides space for over a thousand standard bottles, organised in a footprint of 1697 mm wide by 632 mm deep. A total weight of 490 kg requires floor reinforcement and two-person handling; the unit is delivered in two sections to simplify installation. The 2.4 kW electrical load connects to a 220-240 V, 50 Hz circuit, typical of commercial kitchens. Cooling power of 2x0.74 kW ensures rapid pull-down after restocking.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel interior and exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The electric defrost system eliminates manual defrosting, and the condensate evaporator removes the need to drain water. Shelves and hooks should be removed and cleaned separately.

The model is available in a 60 Hz version with R290 refrigerant, specified as a separate article. It meets climate class 5, allowing operation in ambient temperatures up to +40 °C and 40% relative humidity, suitable for bars, restaurants and retail environments.
