Professional wine refrigerator designed for installation against a wall, with 2 independently adjustable temperature zones, double-glazed walls, forced air circulation and LED lighting. The unit is also equipped with electronic control, a digital display, an energy-saving function and electric defrost.
A wall-mounted wine refrigerator built for professional storage, display and easy access in restaurants, hotels, bars and retail spaces.
A refrigeration system circulates chilled air evenly across every shelf. Fans draw warm air over evaporator coils, removing heat before returning the cooled air to the cabinet. The process repeats continuously, maintaining a stable climate that protects wine from temperature swings. Dual zones let each section run at its own set point, so a single unit can serve both short-term and long-term storage needs.
Operation begins with loading the shelves. Bottles are arranged horizontally to keep corks moist, while optional hooks can hold open bottles or accessories. The electronic control panel displays the current temperature for each zone and allows the user to set the desired range between +4 °C and +18 °C. Once the settings are confirmed, the system runs automatically, adjusting cooling power as needed to hold the chosen temperature.
The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel inside and out, finished in black for a seamless look against a wall. Double-glazed doors with argon-filled cavities and heated frames prevent condensation, ensuring clear visibility without fogging. An LED strip runs along the interior perimeter, illuminating bottles evenly for presentation.
The unit arrives in two parts: the main body and a removable top section containing the refrigeration unit. This split design simplifies transport and installation in tight spaces. Shelves and hooks are ordered separately and fitted on site, allowing the configuration to be tailored to the bottles being stored.
An electric defrost system melts frost from the evaporator coils at set intervals. The resulting water is evaporated automatically, eliminating the need for manual drainage. The refrigerant used is R290, a hydrocarbon with low environmental impact.
The 1210 L capacity provides space for a large inventory, while the 1697 mm width and 2300 mm height create a substantial footprint that suits back-of-house or customer-facing areas. The 490 kg weight requires a sturdy floor and professional handling during installation. The 2.4 kW power draw is typical for a unit of this size, and the 220-240 V, 50 Hz supply matches standard commercial circuits.
Climate class 5 certification means the refrigerator operates reliably in ambient temperatures up to +40 °C and relative humidity of 40%, conditions found in busy kitchens and retail environments.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel interior and exterior with a damp cloth. The LED lighting and electronic controls require no maintenance beyond occasional dusting. The heated door frames and double glazing reduce the need for frequent cleaning by preventing condensation build-up.
