Professional wine refrigerator designed for installation against a wall, with 2 independently adjustable temperature zones, double-glazed walls, forced air circulation and LED lighting. The unit is also equipped with electronic control, a digital display, an energy-saving function and electric defrost.
A professional wine refrigerator built for wall mounting keeps bottles at precise serving and storage temperatures. The unit creates two independently controlled climates, one for long-term ageing and another for chilled service, so reds, whites and sparkling wines can be held side by side without compromise. The cooling system circulates chilled air through a forced-convection loop. Fans draw warm air from the cabinet, pass it over evaporator coils, and return it at the set temperature. The refrigerant, R290, absorbs heat efficiently and releases it outside the cabinet, maintaining stable conditions even when the ambient temperature rises. An electric defrost cycle melts any frost that forms on the coils; the water evaporates automatically, so no manual draining is required. To use the refrigerator, the operator loads bottles onto the shelves or hangs them from the optional hooks. The digital control panel is set to the desired temperature for each zone; the display shows the current reading and allows fine adjustment. Once the programme is confirmed, the unit runs continuously, holding the chosen climate without further intervention. LED strips mounted along the interior perimeter illuminate the bottles evenly, making labels easy to read and enhancing presentation. The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel inside and out, finished in grey. Double-glazed doors with argon-filled cavities and heated frames prevent condensation and reduce heat transfer. The entire assembly arrives in two sections: the main body and a removable top section that houses the complete refrigeration unit, simplifying transport and installation against the wall. Controls include a digital display, temperature adjustment buttons for each zone, and an energy-saving mode. The display shows the set and actual temperatures, while the buttons allow the operator to programme the two zones anywhere between +4 °C and +18 °C. The 1460 L capacity provides space for several hundred bottles, depending on size and orientation. The 2.68 kW power rating reflects the load on the electrical circuit; the unit requires a 220-240 V, 50 Hz supply. The 548 kg weight indicates that the refrigerator must be positioned on a reinforced floor and secured to the wall. The 1697 mm width, 632 mm depth and 2600 mm height determine the footprint and the clearance needed for installation and door swing. The seamless stainless steel liner resists fingerprints and spills, so a quick wipe restores the cabinet's professional finish between service shifts. The electric defrost system eliminates the need to manually defrost the coils. Shelves and hooks are supplied disassembled and must be fitted before use. The refrigerator is available in a 60 Hz version with a 2.82 kW cooling power and R290 refrigerant as an alternative model. Designed for commercial environments, the unit meets climate class 5, ensuring reliable operation in ambient temperatures up to +40 °C and relative humidity of 40%.
