A set of four blades organised for rapid, repetitive slicing and chopping in a professional kitchen. Each blade runs in its own track, allowing the operator to switch between tasks without pausing to change knives. The blades are driven by an electric motor that turns at a speed suited to dense vegetables, boneless meats and firm cheeses, reducing manual effort while maintaining consistent thickness.
The operator loads the food into the feed hopper, selects the blade required, and starts the motor. The food is drawn through the blade by a feed mechanism that keeps the cut even and prevents jamming. Once the batch is complete, the operator removes the cut pieces from the collection tray and cleans the blades and tracks before the next use.
The blades are made of hardened stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and wear in a wet, acidic environment. The housing is stainless steel as well, giving a smooth surface that is easy to wipe down between services. The feed hopper and collection tray are removable for thorough cleaning, and the blades can be sharpened or replaced individually when they show signs of wear.
The set is placed on a worktop or prep table, taking the space of a single appliance while performing the work of four separate knives. It is used wherever a kitchen needs to produce large quantities of uniformly sliced or diced ingredients without tying up staff on manual cutting.
