FIMAR Blender Attachment 30 cm Neck Length

A blender attachment transforms a commercial mixer into a high-speed blender by replacing the standard agitator with a rotating blade assembly. The attachment lowers into the mixing bowl, where the blade spins at speed to chop, purée or emulsify ingredients directly in the vessel. This method eliminates the need for a separate blender jug and reduces transfer steps, keeping the workflow contained in one machine.

The operator fits the attachment onto the mixer's drive shaft, secures it with the locking mechanism, then lowers the 30 cm neck into the bowl. Ingredients are added through the feed tube while the blade runs, allowing continuous processing without stopping. Once blending is complete, the attachment lifts out, leaving the bowl free for the next task or for immediate serving.

Constructed from stainless steel, the attachment resists corrosion and withstands frequent washing. The 30 cm neck length determines the depth the blade reaches inside the bowl, setting the minimum and maximum fill levels for effective blending.
