A manual food slicer built for consistent, even slices of meats, cheeses and vegetables without motorised power. The ECO300 uses a sharp, circular blade that spins on a fixed axis while the operator pushes the carriage forward. The food rests against a thickness guide that can be set between 14 mm and 16 mm, ensuring every slice matches the chosen depth. Because the blade is driven by hand, the slicer is quiet, needs no electrical circuit beyond lighting, and can be used anywhere in the kitchen without waiting for a socket.
To operate, the operator places the food on the carriage, locks the thickness guide, then pushes the carriage smoothly towards the blade. The blade cuts through the food and the slice falls onto the receiving tray. The carriage returns automatically under spring tension, ready for the next pass. No power switch is needed; the slicer is always ready once assembled.
The ECO300 is constructed from stainless steel for the blade, thickness guide and carriage, with an aluminium body and base. The 300 mm blade diameter allows large joints and blocks to be sliced without trimming. The footprint of 550 mm by 480 mm fits on a standard worktop, while the 17 kg weight keeps the unit stable during use and can be moved by one person with care.
The single-phase 230 V supply is used only for the built-in blade sharpener, which is operated by a momentary switch on the side. The sharpener runs the blade against a stone for a few seconds to restore the edge without removing the blade.
Cleaning follows the parts named: the blade, carriage and thickness guide are removed for washing, while the aluminium body is wiped with a damp cloth. The sharpener stone is brushed clean but not soaked.
The ECO300 is a single model with no variants or accessories listed. It is placed in the catalogue under manual slicers, separate from electric models.
