FIMAR FP1P Countertop Mixer

A high-speed countertop mixer built for rapid emulsification, blending and aeration of small batches. The FP1P drives a single tool at up to 16000 revolutions per minute, generating intense shear that breaks down ingredients into fine, uniform textures without pre-chopping. The motor accelerates quickly to full speed, so sauces, dressings and light batters reach the desired consistency in seconds rather than minutes.

The operator places the bowl on the base, secures the lid, and lowers the tool into the ingredients. A single speed control starts the motor; the transparent lid lets the process be watched without stopping. When the mix is complete, the tool is lifted, the lid removed, and the bowl taken off for immediate use or transfer.

The unit is constructed in stainless steel for the housing and tool, with a plastic lid that resists impact and heat.
