Accessory for pasta maker. Nuzzle - without holes
A nuzzle directs the flow of liquid or semi-liquid mixtures in professional catering equipment. Instead of spraying or atomising, it channels the product into a controlled stream, preventing splatter and waste. The absence of perforations in this model creates a smooth, uninterrupted pour, which is essential for viscous preparations such as batters, creams or thick sauces. The stream remains consistent, allowing precise portioning and even coverage on griddles, hobs or worktops without the need for additional tools or adjustments.
To use the nuzzle, the operator attaches it to the designated outlet on the PF15E device. Once in place, the device is loaded with the mixture, and the flow is started by activating the machine's dispensing mechanism. The operator monitors the stream, adjusting the device's settings if necessary to maintain the desired consistency and volume. When the task is complete, the nuzzle is removed for cleaning, and the device can be returned to other functions.
The SENZA FORI nuzzle is constructed from a brass and bronze alloy, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and wear in high-moisture environments. The material also withstands repeated exposure to acidic or alkaline ingredients without degrading, ensuring a long service life in a busy kitchen. The smooth internal surface of the nuzzle prevents residue build-up, reducing the risk of clogging and maintaining hygiene standards.
This nuzzle is designed specifically for the FIMAR PF15E device. Variants are available for other FIMAR models: PF25E and PF40E share a compatible nuzzle, while a separate version is required for the PF80E device. Each variant maintains the same operating principle, ensuring consistent performance across the range.
Cleaning follows directly from the materials and construction. The nuzzle can be disassembled from the device and washed in warm water with a mild detergent. A soft brush removes any residue from the internal passage, while the external surface can be wiped down to prevent tarnishing. Regular cleaning prevents cross-contamination and ensures the nuzzle remains free from blockages, maintaining the smooth flow required for professional use.
