A reinforced Teflon tray provides a non-stick surface for baking, roasting and rapid cooking in high-speed ovens. The tray sits directly on the oven's wire rack or deck, allowing hot air to circulate evenly beneath the food. Because the oven heats the air to high temperatures in seconds and moves it at speed with a powerful fan, the food cooks through quickly without drying out. To use the tray, the operator places food directly onto the surface, sets the oven programme for time and temperature, and starts the cycle. Cleaning is straightforward: after cooling, the tray is wiped with a damp cloth or sponge and mild detergent.
