FM Industrial Teflon Tray for ST-Fast High-Speed Oven, 380x380 mm

A Teflon-coated tray transfers heat quickly and evenly to food in a high-speed oven, where hot air circulates at high velocity around the load. The non-stick surface prevents food from adhering, so items slide off cleanly after cooking without scraping or soaking.

The tray is placed directly on the oven's wire rack or deck. Food is arranged on the flat, plain bottom, then the oven door is closed and the cooking programme started. Once the cycle finishes, the tray is removed and the food served or transferred to a holding station.

The tray is made of a metal base with a Teflon coating applied to the upper surface. The coating is durable and resistant to scratching under normal kitchen use, but it must be kept free of metal utensils and abrasive pads to maintain its non-stick properties.

Cleaning is straightforward: after the tray cools, food residue is wiped away with a soft cloth or sponge and a mild detergent. Harsh chemicals or scouring agents are avoided to protect the coating. The tray is then dried and stored flat to prevent warping.
