FM Industrial Tray Stand STF 21/22 for ST-Fast Ovens

A tray stand raises hot oven trays and paddles to a comfortable working height, keeping them off the worktop while they cool or while the next load is prepared. The stand provides a stable, flat surface that prevents warping and allows air to circulate underneath, speeding up cooling and reducing the risk of condensation on the tray base.

The operator places the tray or paddle directly onto the stand after removing it from the oven. No assembly is needed; the stand is positioned beside the oven and remains in place during service. Its low profile keeps the tray close to the oven door, minimising the distance the operator must carry hot, heavy loads.

Constructed from a single sheet of pressed steel, the stand has a flat top with folded edges for rigidity. The base is open, allowing it to sit flush on any worktop without trapping debris.

The stand fits FM Industrial ST-Fast combi ovens models STF 21 and STF 22, matching their width and depth to create a continuous work surface.

With a footprint of 430 mm by 520 mm and a height of 60 mm, the stand occupies minimal space while providing a dedicated area for trays and paddles. Its low weight makes it easy to move when the kitchen layout changes or when the stand is not in use.

Cleaning is straightforward: wipe the surface with a damp cloth to remove food debris or grease. The open base prevents dirt from accumulating underneath, and the pressed steel construction resists corrosion and staining.
