FORCAR ARC100B Refrigerated Display Case with Rounded Glass

A refrigerated display case keeps chilled food visible while maintaining safe holding temperatures. The unit circulates cooled air behind the scenes, pulling heat away from the interior and expelling it at the rear. This steady airflow prevents warm spots and ensures every shelf stays within the set range, so items at the front chill as effectively as those at the back. The rounded glass front curves outward, widening the viewing angle and letting customers see the full depth of the case without stepping closer.

The operator loads the three shelves from the front, arranging products so the most popular items sit at eye level. Once the case is stocked, the temperature control is set between +2 °C and +8 °C, matching the requirements of chilled ready-to-eat foods. The ventilated cooling system starts automatically, circulating air across the evaporator coil and distributing it evenly through the interior. A digital display on the front panel shows the current temperature, allowing staff to monitor conditions without opening the door. When restocking is needed, the front glass lifts or slides open, giving full access to the shelves.

The case is built with a stainless-steel interior and exterior, chosen for durability and ease of cleaning. The rounded glass is tempered for strength and safety, while the ventilated rear panel allows heat to escape without obstructing kitchen workflow. The 480 mm depth fits neatly against a worktop or counter, and the 1030 mm height keeps the top shelf within easy reach. Inside, the usable space measures 350 mm deep and 535 mm high, providing 100 L of refrigerated volume across the three shelves.

Controls are simple: a thermostat sets the desired temperature, and an internal fan ensures even distribution. The 0.21 kW power rating reflects the load on the electrical circuit, suitable for a standard 220-240 V single-phase supply found in most professional kitchens. At 50 kg, the unit is light enough to move with a trolley but stable enough to stay in place once positioned.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass and shelves with a mild detergent, while the ventilated rear panel should be kept clear of dust and obstructions to maintain airflow. The stainless-steel surfaces resist stains and can be sanitised regularly without damage.
