FORCAR ARC400RC Refrigerated Display Case with Rounded Glass

A refrigerated display case keeps chilled food visible while maintaining safe temperatures. The unit circulates cold air behind a sealed glass front, drawing heat away from the shelves without letting warm air enter. This method ensures even cooling across all levels, so every item stays at the same temperature regardless of its position. The rounded glass front improves visibility from multiple angles, allowing customers to see products clearly without opening the case and breaking the cold seal.

To use the ARC400RC, the operator first connects it to a 220–240 V supply and allows it to reach the set temperature range of +2 °C to +8 °C. Once stable, the four adjustable shelves are loaded with prepared food or beverages. The ventilated cooling system runs continuously, circulating air to prevent warm spots and condensation. The internal dimensions of 350 mm depth and 760 mm height determine how much product can be arranged on each shelf, while the external footprint of 680 mm depth and 1750 mm height sets the space it occupies on the floor or worktop.

The case is constructed with a stainless steel frame and curved safety glass panels. The ventilated cooling system includes a compressor and fan assembly, which draws power at 0.21 kW, placing a modest load on the electrical circuit. The 400 L volume provides ample display capacity without requiring frequent restocking, while the 127 kg weight indicates the unit must be positioned on a stable, level surface and moved with care, typically by two people or a trolley.

Controls are minimal: a thermostat maintains the temperature within the +2 °C to +8 °C range, suitable for storing chilled ready-to-eat foods, dairy, or bottled drinks. The glass front remains closed during operation to preserve the cold environment, so customers view products through the curved panels without opening the case.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass with a non-abrasive cleaner and removing the shelves for washing. The ventilated system requires occasional dusting of the rear vents to maintain airflow, and the interior should be sanitised regularly to meet food safety standards. The rounded glass design reduces corners where dirt can collect, simplifying upkeep.
