FORCAR AV4680 Waste Bin with Internal Separator

A mobile waste bin designed for organised separation of kitchen refuse at the point of disposal. The unit collects waste in two compartments, allowing staff to sort recyclables from general waste without leaving the work area.

The bin stands on castors, so it can be rolled to the prep station, the dish-washing area or the loading bay as needed. A removable lid keeps odours contained and prevents spills when the bin is moved.

The operator lifts the lid, drops waste into the appropriate side of the internal separator, and closes the lid again. When full, the bin is wheeled to the waste compound, the lid is removed, and the contents are tipped into larger skips or compactors.

Construction is entirely in stainless steel, which resists corrosion from food acids and cleaning chemicals. The lid is also stainless steel and can be lifted off completely for thorough cleaning.

The internal separator is fixed in place, dividing the bin into two equal volumes. No tools are required to remove the lid or to access either compartment.

The footprint of 610 mm by 400 mm fits between standard worktops and under most counter-height shelves. The height of 730 mm allows the lid to clear most under-counter cupboards when the bin is rolled into position.

Cleaning is carried out with hot water and detergent. The smooth stainless steel surfaces and the absence of seams inside the bin prevent food debris from sticking. The lid and the internal separator can be washed separately and dried before reassembly.
