A tip is the small, replaceable end piece that snaps onto the shaft of a professional catering tool. It holds the food securely while the operator works, preventing slippage and maintaining hygiene between uses. The roll-up band on this tip keeps the sleeve tight against the shaft, so the tip stays aligned and does not wobble during cutting, whisking or stirring.

The operator slides the tip onto the shaft until the band clicks into place, then rolls the blue band down the shaft to lock it. Once fitted, the tip is ready for repeated use: loading, processing and unloading food without the need to touch the tip itself. After service, the band is rolled back up, releasing the tip for quick removal and cleaning.

The tip is supplied in the 5195NB colour code, a blue roll-up band that matches FORCAR's trade-standard colour scheme for easy identification in a busy kitchen.

Cleaning follows from the materials: the tip can be removed, washed in hot water with detergent, and sanitised before the next service. The roll-up band is wiped or rinsed separately to keep it free of residue.
