FORCAR CA1510 Laundry Trolley with Folding Arms and Shelves

A laundry trolley organises clean and soiled linen in a professional laundry. Instead of carrying bundles by hand, the operator loads shelves and bags, then rolls the unit to the next station. The trolley's height and footprint are chosen so it passes through standard kitchen and service corridors without blocking traffic or requiring disassembly.

The CA1510 uses four fixed shelves to hold folded linen, uniforms or packaged supplies. Two folding arms extend from the sides to support a fireproof fabric bag for soiled or damp items. When the arms are folded flat, the trolley takes less space for storage or transport between floors.

To use the trolley, the operator unfolds the arms and hangs the bag. Linen is placed on the shelves in stacks or trays, keeping each category separate. The multidirectional wheels allow the trolley to be pushed or pulled in any direction, turning on the spot when space is tight. Rubber shock absorbers on the wheels reduce noise and protect floors from scuffs.

The frame is made of stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance in humid laundry environments. Shelves are laminate, providing a smooth, easy-clean surface that resists moisture and stains. The fireproof bag is included, meeting safety standards for handling soiled linen near heat sources.

Controls are limited to the folding arms, which lock in the open or closed position. The wheels have no brakes; the trolley is held in place by the operator or by the weight of the load.

The dimensions of 900 mm width, 500 mm depth and 1230 mm height create a footprint that fits through standard doorways and service lifts. The 125 mm wheel diameter balances stability with manoeuvrability, allowing the trolley to be moved by one person even when fully loaded.

Cleaning is straightforward: shelves and frame are wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The fireproof bag can be removed and laundered separately. Wheels and shock absorbers require no maintenance beyond occasional checks for debris caught in the axles.
