FORCAR Eco Line G-ER500P Refrigerated Cabinet for Pastry

This refrigerated cabinet maintains delicate pastries, creams, and fillings at a consistent chill without freezing. Heat is removed from the interior via a plate evaporator and expelled at the rear. A thermostat regulates the compressor to sustain the selected temperature, while an automatic defrost system prevents frost build-up on the evaporator and evaporates condensate, eliminating the need for manual defrosting.

To operate, connect the unit to a 220-240 V single-phase supply. Insert the included baking-sheet holders into the internal guides and load up to six 600 × 400 mm trays. Adjust the thermostat to between +2 °C and +8 °C and close the door. The compressor activates, cooling the evaporator plate, and the interior temperature stabilises at the chosen setting. The 55 mm insulation helps retain cold air when the door is opened.

The exterior is constructed from painted steel for durability in a professional kitchen, while the interior features an ABS plastic liner for easy cleaning and stain resistance. A reversible door allows left or right swing to fit the kitchen layout. The cabinet measures 1750 mm in height, 780 mm in width, and 715 mm in depth, providing a 520 L net capacity. The internal height of 1485 mm accommodates standard 600 mm baking sheets with clearance.

With a 150 W power rating, the unit operates efficiently on a standard electrical supply. The 107 kg weight requires careful handling during installation. Cleaning involves removing the baking-sheet holders, wiping the ABS liner with a mild detergent, and drying the evaporator plate after the defrost cycle. The painted steel exterior can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner.

The cabinet uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R600a, which has a low global-warming potential. It is rated as energy class C, offering a balance between running costs and environmental considerations.
