+2°C / +8°C Static double door refrigerated cabinet. Delivery time ~ 2 weeks
This static refrigerated cabinet uses a fan to circulate chilled air evenly across all shelves, ensuring consistent cooling for gastronorm trays. Condensation collects in a tray beneath the coil and evaporates automatically, eliminating the need for manual drainage.
The unit includes six GN2/1 grids and six pairs of slides. Load the grids with food or ingredients, position them on the runners, and secure the self-closing doors. Set the electronic controller to a temperature between +2 °C and +8 °C. The cabinet maintains this range provided the ambient temperature does not exceed +32 °C and relative humidity stays below 55%. Adjustable stainless-steel feet allow for levelling on uneven surfaces.
The exterior is constructed from white epoxy-painted steel, while the interior features an aluminium liner. A 60 mm layer of insulation minimises heat transfer, reducing energy consumption. The cooling system uses R290 gas, which has a lower environmental impact. Automatic defrosting prevents ice accumulation without requiring manual intervention.
Electronic temperature control enables precise adjustments within the +2 °C to +8 °C range. The cabinet operates on a 450 W power draw and is compatible with a 220-240 V 50 Hz supply. With a 1104 litre capacity, it accommodates six full-size GN2/1 trays, and the internal height allows for taller containers when necessary.
The external dimensions of 1340 × 800 mm ensure it fits through standard doorways while providing adequate workspace clearance. Weighing 204 kg, the cabinet should be moved using a pallet truck or by two people.
Clean the interior with warm water and mild detergent, paying attention to the aluminium liner and drip tray. Wipe the epoxy-painted exterior with a damp cloth. Regularly check the adjustable feet to maintain proper levelling, ensuring the doors seal correctly.
