FORCAR G-GN650TNG Refrigerated Cabinet with Glass Door

A refrigerated cabinet keeps perishable food chilled by circulating cold air across every shelf. A fan draws air over an evaporator coil, lowering its temperature before pushing it through the cabinet. This ventilated cooling spreads evenly, preventing hot spots and maintaining a steady temperature throughout the interior. The process is continuous, adjusting automatically to keep the set range without manual intervention.

To use the FORCAR G-GN650TNG, load GN2/1 gastronorm trays or loose items onto the three supplied wire grids. Set the desired temperature between +2 °C and +8 °C using the electronic digital thermostat. The cabinet starts cooling immediately, with the fan distributing cold air across the shelves. Automatic defrost cycles melt any ice build-up on the evaporator, and the resulting water evaporates without needing a drain. The internal LED light switches on when the door opens, and the self-closing spring ensures the door shuts securely after each access.

The cabinet is built with a stainless steel AISI 304 interior and exterior, including a full-height glass door that allows contents to be viewed without opening. The evaporator is concealed behind the rear panel, maximising usable space, and the motor compartment is insulated to reduce noise. A heating element around the door frame prevents condensation, while the reversible door can be hinged on either side. The bottom features rounded corners for easier cleaning, and the feet are height-adjustable for levelling on uneven floors.

The 650-litre capacity provides ample storage for prepared dishes, ingredients or plated meals in a professional kitchen. The external dimensions of 740 mm wide, 830 mm deep and 2010 mm high fit standard worktop heights and walk-in spaces, while the internal measurements of 624 mm by 685 mm by 1396 mm accommodate GN2/1 trays on the supplied slides. The 157 kg weight requires two people or a trolley for moving, and the 315 W power rating draws a modest load on a 220-240 V circuit.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel interior and glass door with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The door gasket is removable without tools for thorough cleaning, and the rounded corners prevent dirt from accumulating. The automatic defrost and condensation evaporation systems eliminate the need for manual draining, reducing maintenance tasks.
