FORCAR G-LDC65B Glass-Line Freezer Display Cabinet

A freezer display cabinet keeps frozen goods visible while maintaining safe storage temperatures. The FORCAR G-LDC65B uses a ventilated cooling system to circulate cold air evenly across every shelf. This prevents warm spots and ensures consistent freezing, so products stay at the correct temperature without manual rotation. The four-sided glass construction allows customers to view items from any angle, reducing the need to open doors and disrupt the internal climate.

To operate, stock the three adjustable shelves with frozen goods, ensuring airflow is not blocked. Set the desired temperature between -18 and -22 °C using the digital controls. The ventilated system will automatically maintain the chosen level, while the glass panels keep the display illuminated and accessible. The internal volume of 280 litres provides ample space for organised storage, with each shelf measuring 530 by 417 millimetres to accommodate standard catering trays.

The cabinet is constructed with a stainless steel frame and reinforced glass panels, designed to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. The exterior dimensions of 650 by 650 by 1500 millimetres allow it to fit into most floor plans, while the interior space of 588 by 515 by 925 millimetres maximises usable storage. A power rating of 1.0 kilowatt indicates the load it places on the electrical supply, requiring a dedicated 220-240 volt, 50 hertz circuit.

The 130-kilogram weight means the unit should be positioned before delivery, as moving it later may require equipment or additional staff. Cleaning involves wiping the glass panels with a non-abrasive solution to maintain visibility and removing any ice build-up from the interior surfaces. The shelves can be taken out for thorough cleaning, ensuring hygiene standards are met without disrupting the cabinet's operation.
