FORCAR G-LSC235 Refrigerated Display Cabinet

This refrigerated display cabinet from FORCAR keeps chilled items visible while maintaining a consistent temperature. Cold air circulates behind glass panels, ensuring even cooling across all shelves. The unit features three adjustable shelves, each measuring 404 mm by 411 mm, which can be repositioned or taken out for cleaning. Temperature is set between +2 °C and +8 °C, suitable for chilled foods. Once connected to a 220-240 V, 50 Hz supply, the cabinet operates continuously, displaying products safely.

Constructed with a stainless-steel frame and glass panels, the cabinet offers full-height visibility on all four sides. Internal lighting ensures items remain visible at all times. External dimensions of 515 mm wide, 485 mm deep, and 1650 mm high allow it to fit standard worktop spaces, while the 235-litre internal volume accommodates a variety of chilled goods. The unit weighs 96 kg, requiring two people for safe movement.

A thermostat allows temperature selection within the +2 °C to +8 °C range. The ventilated cooling system maintains the chosen temperature automatically once set. With a 0.26 kW power rating, the cabinet draws a modest load on standard circuits, making it suitable for most professional kitchens.

Cleaning involves wiping glass panels and stainless-steel surfaces with a mild detergent. Shelves can be removed for separate washing, and air vents should be checked periodically to ensure they remain unobstructed.
