This refrigerated display cabinet presents chilled goods clearly while keeping them at safe temperatures. Cold air circulates behind the glass panels, maintaining an even chill across all shelves without freezing items. The system prevents condensation, ensuring products remain visible, and the ventilated airflow eliminates warm spots that could spoil food prematurely.

The unit features three adjustable shelves for pre-chilled items, with care taken not to block the vents at the back or sides. Once connected to a 220-240 V supply, the thermostat is adjusted to the required temperature between +2 °C and +8 °C. An internal fan activates automatically, drawing air over the evaporator coil and distributing it evenly. The four-sided glass surround allows customers to view stock from any direction while the refrigeration system maintains the set temperature.

Constructed as a single unit, the cabinet includes a stainless-steel interior liner and exterior panels. Toughened glass on all four sides is set into an aluminium frame, supported by adjustable feet for levelling on uneven surfaces. The three wire shelves, each measuring 404 mm by 411 mm, slide on integrated runners for easy reconfiguration.

A 0.26 kW compressor operates on a standard 220-240 V circuit, suitable for shops and cafés. The 235 litre capacity accommodates multiple items without restricting airflow. Weighing 96 kg, the cabinet can be moved by two people or a trolley, and its 515 mm width fits through standard doorways. The overall dimensions of 515 mm by 485 mm make it suitable for counter-top or floor-standing placement.

Maintenance involves wiping the glass with a mild detergent, removing the wire shelves for washing in warm water, and vacuuming the evaporator coil to ensure unrestricted airflow. The interior liner should be cleaned weekly to prevent ice build-up and maintain hygiene.
