This glass-fronted cabinet draws shoppers' eyes straight to chilled sandwiches, salads and desserts while the forced-air cooling keeps every shelf at serving temperature. Cool air is circulated by a fan behind the rear panel, drawn downwards across the evaporator coil to remove heat, then pushed forward through vents at the base of the cabinet. The stream rises evenly between the shelves, creating a curtain of cold air that surrounds every item without freezing it. This continuous flow prevents warm spots and condensation on the glass, so customers see the product clearly while the temperature stays within the programmed range. To use the G-LSC65B, position the unit on a level floor away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Plug the mains lead into a 220–240 V 50 Hz socket. Set the desired temperature between +2 °C and +8 °C using the digital controller on the front panel. Once the cabinet reaches the set point, load the three adjustable shelves with pre-chilled food. The full-height glass panels on all four sides allow viewing from any customer approach, while the internal LED lighting highlights the items without adding heat. The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel exterior panels and an aluminium interior liner. The triple-glazed glass panels are sealed with silicone gaskets to minimise heat ingress. A single-phase compressor and fan assembly is mounted at the base, accessible through a removable grille for maintenance. The three wire shelves measure 530 mm by 417 mm and rest on adjustable brackets. The 0.32 kW power rating indicates the electrical load the unit draws while running. The 280 L volume shows the usable space for displayed items, while the external dimensions of 650 mm wide, 650 mm deep and 1500 mm high determine the floor space required. The 130 kg weight means the cabinet should be moved with a trolley or two people. The +2 °C to +8 °C temperature range suits ready-to-eat chilled foods such as sandwiches, salads, desserts and dairy products. Cleaning involves wiping the glass daily with a mild detergent solution to maintain visibility. The interior and shelves should be cleaned weekly with food-safe sanitiser, ensuring the unit is unplugged and empty. The removable grille at the base allows access to the condenser coil, which should be vacuumed monthly to prevent dust build-up that reduces cooling efficiency. The adjustable feet should be checked periodically to ensure the cabinet remains level and the doors seal properly. The G-LSC65B is part of the FORCAR GLASS LINE range of refrigerated display cabinets.
