FORCAR G-TCBD68 Refrigerated Display Counter with Glass Windows

This refrigerated display counter maintains chilled food visibility while preserving a consistent temperature. A compressor removes heat from the interior, and a fan spreads cooled air evenly across all shelves. The glass construction allows product viewing without opening the unit, minimising cold-air loss and energy consumption.

The unit accommodates three glass shelves for prepared dishes, desserts, or bottled drinks. After connecting to a standard mains supply, the thermostat is adjusted to between +2 °C and +8 °C. The compressor activates, and the internal fan circulates chilled air to maintain the selected temperature. Transparent sides and front enable stock monitoring without opening the door, while internal lighting, if fitted, enhances product presentation.

Constructed as a single unit with an aluminium frame and four-sided glass panels, the interior features a stainless-steel liner. The three shelves measure 375 mm by 335 mm. A ventilated evaporator coil behind the rear panel removes heat from the 68-litre interior. External dimensions of 428 mm wide, 386 mm deep, and 924 mm high suit most counters, and the 33 kg weight permits manual repositioning by two staff.

With a 0.16 kW power rating, the unit draws current comparable to a domestic fridge, allowing shared use with other low-power appliances. The 220–240 V 50 Hz voltage matches UK mains supply, requiring only a standard three-pin plug.

Cleaning involves removing the three glass shelves and wiping them with mild detergent. The stainless-steel interior and glass panels can be cleaned similarly, while the ventilated coil behind the rear panel should be vacuumed periodically to maintain cooling efficiency.
