FORCAR G-TCBD68B Refrigerated Glass Display Cabinet

This refrigerated display cabinet from FORCAR keeps chilled items visible while maintaining consistent temperatures. Cooled air circulates behind and beneath the shelves, removing heat and expelling it at the rear. The system prevents warm spots, distributing cold evenly across all shelves. The glass enclosure retains cold air while allowing clear visibility of stock without opening the unit, minimising temperature changes and energy consumption.

To operate, connect the cabinet to a 220-240 V 50 Hz power source and allow it to cool to the desired temperature. Place pre-chilled products on the three wire shelves, ensuring space for air to flow around each item. The transparent front, sides, and top enable customers to view contents from any angle without opening the cabinet, while internal lighting enhances product visibility.

The unit features a stainless-steel frame and four toughened glass panels. The interior is lined with easy-to-clean surfaces, and the ventilated cooling system is located at the base. The three removable wire shelves measure 375 mm by 335 mm. External dimensions are 428 mm wide, 386 mm deep, and 924 mm high, making it suitable for most worktops or counters. The 68 litre internal volume provides ample storage, and the 33 kg weight allows two people to reposition the cabinet easily.

Controls include a thermostat dial for setting temperatures within the +2 °C to +8 °C range and a switch for the internal light. The cabinet has a 0.16 kW power rating.

For maintenance, clean the glass panels with mild detergent, remove and wash the wire shelves separately, and vacuum the condenser coil at the base to ensure unobstructed airflow. Interior surfaces can be sanitised with food-safe solutions without damaging the finish.
