This refrigerated display cabinet maintains chilled food visibility and accessibility while preserving safe temperatures. A compressor circulates refrigerant through coils, removing heat from inside and releasing it at the back. A fan spreads cooled air evenly across all shelves, avoiding warm areas and keeping temperatures consistent. Glass panels allow product viewing without opening the unit, minimising temperature changes and energy loss.

The unit features four glass shelves, each accommodating items within the internal dimensions. It connects to a standard electrical supply and operates between +2 °C and +8 °C. The internal fan runs continuously to maintain the set temperature. Transparent sides enable stock monitoring without opening the cabinet, while internal lighting enhances product visibility.

Constructed with a stainless-steel frame and glass panels on all sides, the cabinet offers clear visibility from any angle. The interior uses aluminium for effective heat transfer, and the exterior is designed for straightforward cleaning. Each of the four tempered glass shelves measures 375 mm by 335 mm and sits on adjustable supports.

A single control adjusts the temperature within the +2 °C to +8 °C range. The 0.17 kW power rating suits standard commercial electrical circuits. The 98-litre capacity provides ample space for packaged items, with external dimensions of 428 mm width, 386 mm depth, and 1150 mm height. Weighing 38 kg, the unit can be moved by two people, though a trolley is advisable for longer distances.

Cleaning involves wiping glass panels with a non-abrasive cloth and mild detergent. Interior aluminium surfaces are cleaned with a soft brush or cloth. Shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the rear fan grille should be vacuumed regularly to ensure proper airflow. Exterior stainless-steel surfaces require daily wiping to uphold hygiene and appearance.
