FORCAR Glass Line G-BJ408 Refrigerated Wine Cooler

This refrigerated wine cooler provides a stable, low-vibration setting for storing bottles at temperatures that protect flavour and readiness. The static cooling system gently circulates air without a fan, preventing movement that could unsettle sediment in mature wines. Cooling gas R600a removes heat from inside the cabinet and releases it at the back, while an automatic defrost cycle melts ice on the evaporator. Condensed water evaporates without manual attention, maintaining steady humidity and preventing dry air that might damage corks or spoil wine.

Five pairs of aluminium slides fit into the embossed aluminium interior, supporting up to 96 bottles on five adjustable grids. The electronic temperature control allows settings between +5 °C and +18 °C, suitable for white, rosé, or red wines. An LED interior light illuminates the cabinet when the door opens, displaying labels without raising the internal temperature. The cooler operates on a standard single-phase circuit, drawing 112 W, and can be connected to any compatible socket.

The cabinet features a black painted steel exterior and an embossed black aluminium interior, both selected for durability and simple cleaning. A 40 mm layer of insulation between them minimises heat transfer and reduces energy use. The front is double-glazed, offering a clear view of the bottles while retaining cold air. The unit measures 1860 mm in height, 600 mm in width, and 603 mm in depth, making it suitable for tall, narrow spaces. Weighing 110 kg, it should be moved using a trolley or with assistance.

An automatic defrost system and condensed-water evaporation remove the need for regular maintenance. Clean the interior and grids with a damp cloth and mild detergent, and wipe the exterior with a soft cloth to avoid scratching the painted surface. The door is fixed and cannot be reversed, so place the unit with the hinge side where it will not interfere with movement.
