FORCAR Glass Line G-VI120D Ventilated Wine Cooler

A ventilated refrigeration cycle keeps wine at precise serving temperatures without vibration. The compressor circulates R600a refrigerant through a static evaporator; a small fan draws air across the coil, distributing chilled air evenly inside the cabinet. Because the air moves gently, sediment in older bottles stays undisturbed while the temperature remains uniform from top to bottom.

Loading is organised in three height-adjustable grids and three pairs of slides. Bottles rest horizontally on the slides, necks facing the door, so labels remain visible through the glass. The touch pad on the front panel sets the upper zone between +5 °C and +12 °C for whites, and the lower zone between +12 °C and +20 °C for reds. Once the desired temperature is entered, the cooler maintains it automatically, compensating for ambient conditions up to +32 °C and 55% relative humidity.

The cabinet is built from black painted sheet metal with a stainless-steel rear panel and black ABS interior. A double-glazed reversible door seals with a magnetic gasket; inside, LED lighting illuminates the bottles without adding heat. Automatic defrosting and condensed-water evaporation prevent ice build-up and manual draining.

The 261 L capacity stores up to 65 standard Bordeaux bottles, while the 595 × 710 × 1270 mm footprint fits beneath a standard worktop or against a wall. An 85 kg weight allows two operators to move the unit on castors before securing it in place. The 160 W power draw runs on a single-phase 220–240 V 50 Hz circuit, typical of professional kitchens and cellars.

Cleaning requires only wiping the interior ABS surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, and occasionally vacuuming the condenser coil at the rear to maintain airflow. The three grids and slides lift out for separate washing.
