This waiter serving station is an elegant and convenient piece of equipment that is a must-have in any restaurant. Available in 2 colors: walnut, carbon
A high waiter station keeps serving essentials within reach while freeing worktop space in the restaurant hall. The unit stands at counter height, allowing staff to load cutlery, napkins, condiments and glassware without bending. Two shelves inside the backsplash hold small items upright, while the drawers and door organise larger supplies. A hopper at the base collects soiled linen or waste, keeping the floor clear during service.
The station rolls on four multidirectional wheels, so it can be positioned precisely where it is needed—next to the pass, beside the bar or against a wall. The wheels lock to prevent drift once the station is in place. A rubber profile around every melamine edge absorbs knocks from trays and trolleys, protecting both the unit and the surrounding furniture.
Operation is straightforward: the door swings open for bulk storage, the top drawer holds cutlery with a removable separator, and the lower drawer stores serviettes or placemats. The two fixed shelves above the work surface keep condiment bottles and glass racks visible and accessible. When service ends, the hopper is emptied and the station is wheeled to the wash-down area for cleaning.
The structure and panels are melamine finished in walnut and carbon, giving a neutral tone that blends with most restaurant interiors. The rubber edging is black, matching the wheels and handles. All surfaces are wipe-clean, and the drawers slide on full-extension runners for easy access to the back.
Controls are minimal: a single handle on the door, two drawer pulls and a pedal or lever on the hopper. Each drawer and the door can be removed for deep cleaning, and the shelves lift out if extra space is needed for large items.
At 950 mm wide, the station fits through standard kitchen doorways and along most service corridors. The 100 kg weight keeps it stable on uneven floors, while the 50 mm wheels distribute the load without marking vinyl or tile. The 1440 mm height places the work surface at a comfortable standing level, matching most restaurant counters.
Cleaning is limited to the parts named: wipe the melamine panels with a damp cloth, remove and wash the drawers and shelves, and hose out the hopper. The rubber edging can be cleaned with a mild detergent, and the wheels should be checked periodically for debris that might impede rolling.
The ML3150ST is a single model; no colour or configuration variants are offered. It is designed for restaurant halls and does not include refrigeration or power connections.
