This waiter serving station is an elegant and convenient piece of equipment that is a must-have in any restaurant. Available in 3 colors: walnut, carbon, ash gray
A high waiter station keeps service essentials within reach without occupying floor space in the restaurant hall. The unit stands on multidirectional wheels, so staff roll it to the table or station where it is needed, then wheel it back against a wall or into a corner when service ends. The height places the work surface at standing elbow level, reducing bending and lifting while keeping cutlery, napkins and condiments visible to the server but out of the guest's line of sight.
The station is organised as a mobile cupboard. A single door opens to reveal a shelf for larger items such as trays or folded linens. Below the door, a drawer fitted with a separator keeps cutlery organised by type, while a second drawer remains free for napkins, placemats or small condiment bottles. The melamine finish resists scratches and spills, and the edges are protected by a rubber profile that prevents chipping when the unit is moved.
To use the station, staff load the free drawer and the cutlery drawer with the items needed for the service period. The door is closed to keep contents out of sight, and the wheels allow the unit to be positioned wherever it is required. After service, the drawers are emptied, wiped down and reloaded for the next shift.
The construction is melamine panels on a sturdy frame, chosen for its balance of weight and durability. The multidirectional wheels, each 50 mm in diameter, make the station easy to manoeuvre even when fully loaded. The overall dimensions of 490 mm width, 490 mm depth and 1440 mm height create a compact footprint that fits against walls or in tight corners, while the height ensures the work surface is at a comfortable level for standing staff.
Cleaning is straightforward: the melamine surface wipes clean with a damp cloth, and the rubber edge profile prevents moisture from seeping into the material. The drawers slide out for deeper cleaning, and the wheels can be wiped or brushed to remove debris that might impede movement.
The FORCAR ML3212SS is designed for restaurant halls, providing a mobile, space-efficient solution for service essentials without the need for fixed counters or additional floor space.
