Electronic control panel;Temperature, power and cooking mode are adjustable; The working surface is glass-ceramic; ; You can use steel, enameled, cast iron cookware and with a ferromagnetic bottom; Output power, from 0.8 kW to 3.5 kW.
An induction wok cooker transfers energy directly into the pan without heating the hob surface. Beneath the smooth glass top, a copper coil generates a high-frequency magnetic field. When a ferromagnetic pan is placed on the ring, the field induces eddy currents in the pan's base, heating it instantly. The hob itself stays cool, so heat is concentrated where it is needed and energy is not wasted warming the kitchen.
To use the cooker, place a compatible wok or pan on the marked ring. The unit senses the pan and powers the coil. A control knob adjusts the magnetic field strength, giving precise temperature control from a gentle simmer to a rolling boil. When the pan is lifted, the cooker shuts off automatically, cutting energy use and eliminating residual heat.
The FORCAR Wok Easy Line measures 340 mm across the front, 440 mm deep and stands 120 mm high, fitting a standard worktop cut-out. Its 3.5 kW load requires a dedicated 220 V circuit capable of handling the peak demand of a busy service. The glass surface is sealed to the stainless-steel frame, allowing quick wipe-down between dishes without water ingress.
Because the hob does not heat up, spills do not burn on. After service, the glass can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent; abrasives are not needed. The ferromagnetic pan must be washed separately, following the pan manufacturer's instructions.
The BT350 W is a single-zone induction wok cooker supplied without a frying pan. It is positioned in the FORCAR catalogue under professional induction equipment for Asian and general cooking stations.
