FORCAR LABI35N Glasswasher for Professional Bars

This glasswasher sanitises glassware by circulating hot water through rotating arms, removing residues and bacteria. Water is heated in a sealed tank, then pumped through the arms at pressure to reach every surface. After washing, a rinse cycle eliminates detergent, leaving glassware ready for use. The process is automatic once a cycle is selected, allowing staff to focus on other tasks during operation.

The operator loads the supplied 35×35 cm glass basket, slides it into the chamber, and closes the door. A 6-character LED display shows the available cycles; one is chosen and started. The machine fills automatically, heats the water, washes, rinses, and drains. At the end of the day, a self-cleaning cycle flushes the tank and arms without manual intervention. A self-diagnosis system monitors temperature, water level, and pump pressure, displaying faults on the LED panel.

The LABI35N features a stainless steel construction, including the outer casing, tank, and door. Washing and rinsing arms are made of composite material and can be removed without tools for inspection or replacement. A thermostatic valve controls the hot rinse to prevent overheating, while an anti-reflux valve stops used water from re-entering the supply. An integrated rinse aid dispenser adds the correct dose during the final rinse, speeding up drying and preventing water marks.

With a 2.89 kW power rating, the machine requires a dedicated socket on a 220-240 V supply. The 10-litre tank volume determines how many glasses can be washed before water replacement is needed, while the 39 kg weight ensures stability once positioned. The 440×497×640 mm dimensions fit under most bar worktops, allowing space for adjacent equipment.

Maintenance involves wiping stainless steel surfaces daily with a damp cloth. Removable arms should be rinsed under a tap and brushed to clear blockages. The rinse aid dispenser is refilled as required, and the self-cleaning cycle is run at the end of service to uphold hygiene. The anti-reflux valve and automatic filling system minimise manual checks, though the water inlet filter should be inspected monthly.
