FORCAR PV2001 Luggage and Clothing Trolley with Brass Structure

A luggage and clothing trolley designed for moving heavy loads across hotel corridors, event venues and backstage areas without damage to walls or floors. The unit rolls on four large multidirectional wheels that swivel independently, allowing the operator to steer around tight corners and through narrow doorways without lifting or tilting the load. Each wheel is fitted with a rubber tyre that absorbs shocks and dampens noise, while a continuous rubber bumper around the base protects both the trolley and the surrounding surfaces from knocks and scrapes during transit.

The platform itself is a rigid wooden deck covered with a coloured carpet that prevents luggage and garments from sliding during movement. A brass-plated steel tube frame rises from the deck to form a perimeter rail; the vertical rods are spaced closely enough to keep items contained yet far enough apart to allow easy loading and unloading. The brass finish resists corrosion and gives the trolley a consistent appearance in public areas.

Operation is straightforward: the operator wheels the empty trolley to the loading point, lowers any retractable handles on luggage, then slides each piece onto the carpeted deck until the combined weight reaches the 150 kg limit. Once loaded, the trolley is pushed or pulled to the destination; the multidirectional wheels allow it to be moved sideways or rotated in place if space is restricted. At the destination, items are removed in reverse order, and the trolley is returned empty or left ready for the next collection.

Construction centres on a wooden base reinforced to support the rated load. The brass-plated steel tubes are welded into a continuous loop that doubles as a handrail and a retaining barrier. Rubber shock absorbers are bonded to the underside of the base and to the perimeter, while the 200 mm wheels are mounted on sealed bearings for smooth, quiet running.

The only control is the push handle formed by the brass frame itself; no levers, brakes or height adjustments are fitted. The 150 kg capacity means the trolley can carry multiple suitcases, garment bags or stacked crates without exceeding its safe working load. The footprint of 1240 × 640 mm allows it to pass through standard hotel service doors and lifts, while the 1900 mm height keeps the load within easy reach for most operators without requiring a step or a bend.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the brass frame with a damp cloth to remove fingerprints and dust, and brushing or vacuuming the carpeted deck to lift lint and debris. The rubber bumper and wheels can be cleaned with a mild detergent solution if needed, but solvents or abrasives should be avoided to prevent damage to the surfaces.
