FORCAR PV4055 Luggage and Clothing Trolley for Catering Kitchens

A luggage and clothing trolley moves bulk items that are too large or awkward for standard shelving. Instead of carrying linens, uniforms or supplies by hand, the operator loads them onto the platform or into the side racks, then wheels the trolley to the next station. This method keeps hands free, reduces trips and prevents strain when items are heavy or numerous.

The PV4055 is built as a single rigid frame with four swivel castors. The castors allow the trolley to turn in tight spaces, such as between kitchen worktops or through narrow service corridors. The frame supports a flat base and vertical side panels, creating an open shelf that holds items securely while they are moved.

To use the trolley, the operator loads items onto the base and against the side panels. Once loaded, the trolley is pushed or pulled to the destination. The height of the frame keeps items clear of the floor, protecting them from spills and making it easier to slide them on and off without bending.

The construction is a welded steel frame finished in a durable coating. The base and side panels are solid surfaces, allowing items to rest without sagging or slipping through gaps. The castors are fitted directly to the frame, providing stable movement without additional legs or supports.

The overall dimensions of 950 mm long, 550 mm wide and 1830 mm high give the trolley a footprint that fits through standard kitchen doorways and service lifts. The height allows it to hold tall items such as garment bags or stacked linens without toppling, while the length provides enough space for multiple items to be carried in a single trip.

Cleaning is straightforward: the solid surfaces can be wiped down with a damp cloth, and the castors can be cleaned with a brush to remove debris that might impede movement. The durable coating resists scratches and stains, maintaining the trolley's appearance even with frequent use.
