FORCAR Refrigerated Trolley for 3 GN1/1 Trays CAR2780

A refrigerated trolley keeps prepared food chilled while it moves from kitchen to service point. Static cooling circulates cold air inside the insulated case without a fan, so the temperature stays even and the food is not dried out. The plexiglass cover lets staff see the contents without opening the case, cutting cold-air loss and keeping the set temperature steady.

The operator loads up to three GN1/1 gastronorm trays into the stainless-steel racks, closes the cover and sets the thermostat between +2 °C and +10 °C. The unit plugs into a standard 230 V socket and the static refrigeration system maintains the chosen temperature while the trolley is wheeled to the pass, buffet or counter. A directional handle and four 125 mm multidirectional wheels make the trolley easy to steer through doorways and tight corners.

The structure is built from AISI 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and hygiene. The case is fully welded, the racks are removable for cleaning, and the plexiglass cover lifts off for access to the interior. The static refrigeration system has no moving parts inside the cabinet, so there are no fans or coils to trap debris and the interior stays smooth and easy to wipe down.

A power rating of 0.25 kW shows the load on the electrical supply. The footprint of 1240 × 720 mm fits through standard kitchen doorways and the overall height of 1260 mm allows the trolley to pass under most worktop extractor hoods. The temperature range of +2 °C to +10 °C covers holding chilled starters, desserts and plated dishes without freezing them.

Cleaning involves removing the trays and racks, wiping the interior with a damp cloth and sanitiser, and drying the surfaces before reassembly. The exterior is cleaned with a mild detergent and a soft cloth to protect the stainless-steel finish and the plexiglass cover.
